Gloria joined KNN in 1999. She is the primary word processor for official statements. She also maintains the company database and assists in systems administration. Her responsibilities have grown to include the organization, planning, and production of continuing disclosure reports, proposals, and other complex documents. Prior to joining the firm, Gloria worked in the public sector for a number of years, until she started in education, providing administrative support for over 10 years at Duarte Unified School District.

Born in Colombia, South America, she is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys reading and writing in both languages. She enjoys playing with her grandchildren and spending time with her family, traveling, dancing, walking and doing some handy work around the house. She also enjoys volunteering with Rebuilding Oakland, Habitat for Humanity and the Alameda Police.
