In 2007, Anastasia joined KNN Public Finance, where she provides analytic and quantitative support to counties, county-wide special districts and school districts.

Anastasia has experience with several types of transactions including tax and revenue anticipation notes, sales tax revenue bonds, general obligation bonds, lease revenue bonds, certificates of participation and solid waste revenue bonds. She has experience managing the transaction, rating and bond insurance processes as well as providing bond pricing support and cash-flow modeling. Notable recent transactions that Anastasia has worked on include:

• $435 million California State Public Works Board lease revenue bonds
• $115 million County of Sonoma tax and revenue anticipation notes
• $30 million Evergreen Elementary School District, Santa Clara County, general obligation bonds, current interest bonds and capital appreciation bonds
• $98 million Sonoma County sales tax revenue bonds, tax-exempt and taxable (Agricultural Preservation and Open Space).

Prior to joining KNN, Anastasia served as a Senior Project Manager for The Energy Coalition, a 501(c)3 organization providing energy policy, management and educational services. Program activities centered on building partnerships between city governments, school districts, utility companies, and regulators to give people the resources and education they needed to manage energy use in their businesses, schools and the overall community.

Anastasia received her B.S. in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University in 2001. Outside of the office, she spends her time cooking, hiking throughout the Bay Area and reading.
