Bobby joined the firm in 2001 and has structured a variety of general fund financings throughout his career, including certificates of participation, lease revenue bonds, pension obligation bonds, and tax and revenue anticipation notes. He primarily serves county-level issuers, as well as the State Public Works Board of the State of California.

Significant transactions in 2008 include assisting several clients exit the dysfunctional auction rate securities market through innovative restructurings, including a $112.84 million fixed rate and a $143.105 million variable rate demand note refunding for Santa Clara County, as well as a $50.0 million index note private placement refunding for Kern County. Bobby also assisted the Town of Yountville with a $10.71 million financing to build a new downtown community center and library.

In his spare time, Bobby enjoys playing tennis, reading classic science fiction novels, watching old episodes of "Star Trek: The Next Generation," and building financial models for personal use.

Bobby earned his B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, along with a minor in Asian American Studies.
